My Ankle !

Just after the shock : Tuesday 4 December, we practiced basketball in Sport ! Great ... but No ! 30 mins after the begin when I grabbed a rebound, my ankle land (retomber) brutally on the ground : sprain ! Unfortunately for him no ice in Lisieux, my ankle exaggerate. With Babar and R1 we going to the pharmacy to buy "arnica". The overnight I will be oblige to go hospital : plaster during 10 days and after we see the evolution ... I insist to thank Bij who take me all the days by car because I can't walk ...

After the stripping of plaster : The 14 December, I go back with my father in beautiful ^^ hospital, nurses decide to strip my plaster to see if I can walk : and it's good !! So, I have just an splint (attelle) during 3-4 weeks ! I go in physiotherapist (in Rouen) : 5 times and i tell me that my ankle is ready , again 3 or 4 times in Lisieux and I can resume sport activities ! In the picture you can see a big hematoma (it's normal with the shock of the sprain) !

All Star Game 2007 !

Game with best players of french championship, some Americans are in great form, All STar Game 2007 look promising like one of best since creation of "Star Game" in 1987. This isn't the case ...
We thought Marc Salyers would be unleashed to the idea of having a trophy at home. Unfortunately for him, he was shade of himself , missing balls and shoots instead of points and rebounds who do his great level in ProA or Euroligue. In the absence of beautiful game, there are youngs frenchies who distinguish : Marco Pellin (10 points), Nando de Colo (MVP with 13 points, 9 passes, 2 rebonds) or again Nicolas Batum (12 points) even if the veteran Cyril Julian have good stay up to scored 16 points.
Side Americans, only Chevon Troutman (18 points) and Ricardo Greer (20 points) distinguish, the Brion Rush, Tony Williams or again Jimmal Ball were muzzled by frenchies. During all game players have go too far of Alley-Oops, passes who finish most in the tier of "Palais Omnisport de Paris-Bercy", and forget the first target of basketball : scored ! In fact, we can count 41 missing balls in total.
Fortunately that Cedric Ferchaud win 3points contest (22 points in finale versus Yohann Sangaré) and Max Cougare with Guy Dupuis inflame the public with Slam Dunk Contest.

A gril Like Me : The album debuted at number five in the U.S. and number four in the UK. The lead single, "SOS", was used in her endorsement deal with Nike. We Ride, Unfatithful and Break It Of are also big success.

Good Girl Gone Bad : Rihanna went into the studio in early 2007 with Ne-Yo, Stargate, and Timbaland among others to record her third album, Good Girl Gone Bad. Very god album, my favorit tracks are Umbrella, Hate that I Love U, Rehab, Push On Me Up and Good Girl Gone Bad, Don't Stop The Music : Number One in the World !!

Xababa and Tatiana !

So, I think that many people know this 2 persons by TV, I don't speak about this entertainment because personally i don't like it! However I speak about this persons because I known before it. Xavier Delarue is born in Saint Ouen (15/10/1977) and he plays basketball at 15 years (about), he comes in Rouen in 2002 (comes to "Feurs") , Rouen is so in "Nationale 1", he became the best frenchies in the championship (17 pts per match), in 2003 Rouen leads in N1 and access in ProB! Xavier accept to sign a year again for Rouen. Good year, he confirmed his level. He decided to leave Rouen with Tatiana (very beautiful girl in reality) and gone to Châlons-en-Champagne in ProA. Unfortunately for him, he doesn't pley very much (5-6 minutes per match) and his level decrease ... In 2005, he sign a medical-contract with Nanterre and in 2006 in Levallois at the end of the year ! In the last game, last year, the last match is Levallois-Rouen for qulifications to Playoffs and Chris Bracey at the buzzer spend Rouen in fourth position ! Now Xavier stop his carrier and develop his clothes and his wife tatiana continue to sing (to try ^^) !

Big Game !

Saturday night, Rouen play versus Besançon. In this team there are 5 Americans but in France, we can appoint 2 Americans. Besançon knows the rules and they have appoint 3 players naturalized and you can !! So, Kennedy-Hamilton-Hoard (Fra) -Schmieder (Ita) -Waleskowski (Ger) are the 5 americans. In Rouen just only ONE american but the best : Ronald Dorsey (on the picture), best player of the begin of the season (18pts per games). At the end of game, he's tell me that "it's crazy game and I love this situation", so in this game Besancon leads all the game of 2 or 3 points but Rouen is good team and at the end they get a move on with Cheikhou Thioune and Dorsey! 5-0 in 2 minutes, 2 LF for Ronald who give the win at Rouen. Greatest Game , even unbelievable !!!!

Rouen leads in ProB 10 win in 12 games ! Return in ProA ??? I hope i hope ... :d

Big Looser !

Panathinaikos stayed unbeaten in Group C, set a scoring record and tied the biggest scoring night for any Euroleague team ever by simply overwhelming Chorale Roanne 83-123 in France on Wednesday night. Moreover, Panathinaikos ties the record for most points in a Euroleague game, as Maccabi beat Scavolini 123-73 on November 25, 2004. Andrija Zizic led the winners with 26 points on 10-for-10 two-pointers. Demos Dikoudis added 18, Vassilis Spanoulis had 17, Mike Batiste and Sarunas Jasikevicius each got 11 while Dimitris Diamantidis scored 10 points for the reigning Euroleague champion. Marc Salyers had 17 points for Roanne. Marc-Antoine Pellin and Brion Rush each added 11 while Adam Hess and Pape Badiane got 10 apiece for the hosts, that got as close as 28-29 early in the second quarter. Wednesday evening with Romain, Anthony, Bastien, Jérémy, Erwan and me we ate a raclette et my home, it's a recipe french typical (in Savoie)! We bought potatoes, cheese, and different meat ! And five liters of win. No comment about the end ...

Rockets Hold Off Late-Rallying Lakers

Rick Adelman's first game as the Houston Rockets' coach was a winning one. Kobe Bryant made it a nervous one.

Bryant scored 45 points, 18 in the fourth quarter, but Shane Battier made a tiebreaking 3-pointer with 2.5 seconds left in the Rockets' 95-93 victory over the Los Angeles Lakers on Tuesday night.

Tracy McGrady scored 30 points and grabbed six rebounds and Yao Ming had 25 points and 12 rebounds for the Rockets.

Houston Rockets is my favorite team in NBA's championship !

After Akon's first album Trouble (although there were a lot of albums released in 2004 with that title), his latest album Konvicted is quite the improvement. For one thing, the established rappers that guest on here do much better performances than the unknowns that filled the last album. Here, you'll find nice additions to already quality songs from the likes of Snoop Dogg ("I Wanna Love You") and Eminem ("Smack That"), as well as another collaboration with Styles P ("Blown Away"). But Akon also does a good job by himself, as evidenced on the #1 hit "Don't Matter" and his tribute to his homeland, "Mama Africa"."Never Took the Time" might be suitable had it been sung by any other artist, but from Akon, it seems like it came out of left field, especially how he breaks it down at the final chorus. And "Tired of Runnin'" has him talking about being sick of the gangster lifestyle, which seems to contradict the rest of the album. Speaking of that, "Gangsta Bop" is lazy. While not a flawless album, Konvicted shows that Akon has some promise after all. If you can stand to have your R&B not 100% radio-friendly, then give it a try.

Sarkozy couple soon officialy separated !

The French presidential divorce procedure has started and the sarkozy couple will soon officially be separated.

Cecilia Sarkozy went to see the judge with her lawyer, then the same judge went to meet the President Nicolas Sarkozy at Elysée palace, so the presidential couple didn't respect the procedure which needs that both of them meet the judge together, as the judge should have asked them at the same time if they really want to divorce.

So the French President Nicolas Sarkozy will soon be officially single again and a French magazine is launching the campaign "Who wants to marry the president" to find a new wife to Nicolas Sarkozy, the newly single President of France.

Cecilia Sarkozy might soon publish a book named "Why I divorced the President".

A complete player who can scoring, jump in rebounds, bloks, game in POWER !! In 2005, he leaves Rouen to go to Maurienne (primarily cause of money...) ! With Darnell Williams in 2004, journalists consider that it was the two best players under the circle ! Unfortunately he was wounded in the end of the last season and since that, he has problem to retrieve his true level ! Good Luck for the seaon Jo and see you later in Rouen for the second game !
