Just after the shock : Tuesday 4 December, we practiced basketball in Sport ! Great ... but No ! 30 mins after the begin when I grabbed a rebound, my ankle land (retomber) brutally on the ground : sprain ! Unfortunately for him no ice in Lisieux, my ankle exaggerate. With Babar and R1 we going to the pharmacy to buy "arnica". The overnight I will be oblige to go hospital : plaster during 10 days and after we see the evolution ... I insist to thank Bij who take me all the days by car because I can't walk ...
After the stripping of plaster : The 14 December, I go back with my father in beautiful ^^ hospital, nurses decide to strip my plaster to see if I can walk : and it's good !! So, I have just an splint (attelle) during 3-4 weeks ! I go in physiotherapist (in Rouen) : 5 times and i tell me that my ankle is ready , again 3 or 4 times in Lisieux and I can resume sport activities ! In the picture you can see a big hematoma (it's normal with the shock of the sprain) !
